1. APPLICABILITY
The following terms and conditions of sale are applicable between any natural person acting privately, acting outside of their trade, business, profession or trade, as the «customer» purchasing through the website and Casaranda as the «seller» (hereinafter, the «parties»).
By checking the terms and conditions and privacy policy box when making a purchase on the website or during the registration process, the customer fully accepts the terms and conditions of sale available on the website. CASARANDA reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice by posting on the website.
However, the client does not have the right to modify the terms and conditions. The applicable terms and conditions are those published on the website at the time of purchase/when the order is placed.
If one or more of the clauses of the terms and conditions are determined to be invalid, the remaining clauses will remain in full effect.

2. CUSTOMER
In order to make a purchase on the website, the customer must be at least 18 years old with full legal capacity. If this does not apply, the client must be legally empowered to do so through his representative. The customer must also have a valid debit or credit card.
In addition, the customer must ensure that the data provided and necessary for the purchase and delivery are correct. In case of any error in the data transmitted by the customer, CASARANDA cannot be held responsible in the event that it is therefore not possible to deliver the order.
CASARANDA reserves the right to cancel an order in case the aforementioned conditions are not met without being held liable. In the event that the customer has already paid for the purchase/order, it will be refunded.
3. ORDER
The free customer will voluntarily choose the product(s) and add them to their “shopping cart”. Before completing the order and purchase, the customer is asked to enter their personal data and shipping data, accept the terms and conditions, as well as the privacy policy, choose a shipping method and enter their payment data. Throughout this process, the customer can always correct, modify or cancel their order. Before proceeding to the payment, the client has the possibility to check and modify his order again, check the final price and the personal and shipping data provided by the client.
The customer fully understands that placing an order gives rise to the obligation to pay.
By clicking on the «Pay Now» button, the customer fully acknowledges the completion of the order, that he is carrying out a payment process and guarantees that the data provided is correct and complete.
After placing the order and receiving payment, the customer receives an email from CASARANDA acknowledging receipt of the order. This email will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
4. PRODUCT
The products of the CASARANDA brand or any other product offered for sale by CASARANDA (hereinafter, the «product(s)») are those presented and offered on the website on the date of consultation of the website by client part. CASARANDA tries to ensure that the products displayed on the website are offered and described as accurately as possible.
However, the photographs and descriptions of the products displayed on the website are not contractually binding and are for indicative purposes only.
CASARANDA is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies or omissions in the presentation of the products. CASARANDA intends to fulfil all orders placed by the customer while stocks of the products offered on the website are available and will do everything possible to ensure the availability of the products displayed on the website.
5. LACK OF AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
In the event that one or more products ordered by the customer are temporarily or permanently unavailable, CASARANDA will inform the customer by email. Consequently, the customer has the possibility to modify or cancel the order. If the delivery period is exceeded by more than ten (10) business days (except in case of force majeure), the customer also has the right to modify or cancel his order.
To do this, the customer can send an email to customercare@CASARANDA.com within ten (10) business days of notification of the delay by CASARANDA.
In case of modification or cancellation of the order, the refund of any payment already made by the customer will be made as soon as possible, but no later than ten (10) business days from the date of modification or cancellation of the order. In any case, CASARANDA will not refund any additional amount to the customer.
If CASARANDA does not receive any notice from the customer within 15 days of the customer’s notice, CASARANDA will cancel parts of the order or the entire order and will refund all or part of the purchase price.
6. PAY
The website offers secure payments made with a valid credit or debit card. If a foreign credit or debit card is used, the card must be authorized for international transactions. Any commission or cost associated with the payment that is billed to the customer will be borne by the customer.
The customer guarantees that he has the right to use the bank card used to make the payment. Payments are made through an external platform, Shopify Payment, which guarantees a high level of security for transactions made through the website. CASARANDA does not have access to customer bank details and no bank information is stored on the server.
The client will be able to correct any possible errors that may have been made when placing the order, before proceeding to the payment. Once the payment is made by the customer, the order is validated and becomes final, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal provided for in the «rights of withdrawal» section.
The client expressly accepts and acknowledges that the provision of their bank details (full name, card number, expiration date and CVC number) are subject to an authorization to charge their account up to the total amount due for the order.
When the payment is rejected or not executed, CASARANDA has the right to suspend, cancel or reject the Order.
7. OWNERSHIP OF THE PRODUCTS. TRANSMISSION OF RISK.
CASARANDA retains full ownership of the products until receipt of full payment of all invoices, including fees and taxes.
All risks are transferred to the customer upon receipt of the order. In case the customer chooses a specially insured transport, the delivery risks are transferred to the transport company.
8. DELIVERY
The order will be sent to the delivery address provided by the customer when placing their order through the website.
CASARANDA generally ships via third party postal service providers such as UPS or DPD.
In the event that the customer unreasonably refuses to accept the delivery or the delivery cannot be made for other reasons, such as the indication of an incorrect address, the package will be returned to CASARANDA. Once the merchandise is received in good condition, CASARANDA will reimburse the customer, within fifteen (15) days after receiving the package, the amounts paid, deducting all expenses that may have originated from the above. In these cases, any additional cost that arises will be borne by the client.
CASARANDA is not responsible for the correct performance of external carriers and their obligations, without prejudice to the rights that the client may have with respect to them.
If CASARANDA’s direct liability is raised, CASARANDA may be exonerated from that liability, in whole or in part, by proving that the breach or misperformance of the contract with the customer is attributable to the customer or to an event arising from Fortuitous event or force majeure.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. RETURNS
Customers have the right to make use of the right of withdrawal.
The client has the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of fourteen (14) days from the date on which he takes physical possession of the product, without the need to state the reasons.
Only products purchased on the CASARANDA website can be returned to the seller.
The right of withdrawal expires fourteen (14) days after the buyer or a third party other than the carrier acquires physical possession of the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify CASARANDA, within 14 days of receiving the product, sending an explicit communication by contacting customer service at customercare@CASARANDA.com _.
The customer must expressly state his desire to return some or all of the products.
To comply with the withdrawal period, the customer only has to send the email expressing his desire to withdraw from the contract before the legally binding period expires.
The customer does not have the right of withdrawal in the event that an essential part of the order is missing (for example, the original packaging) or if the customer has damaged the product (for example, lighting the candle). CASARANDA will refund the customer within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the package. The refund will be made through the same means of payment used by the buyer for the initial transaction. CASARANDA may delay reimbursement until final delivery of the returned goods.
The customer must return the order or the products within 14 days of the notification to make use of the right of withdrawal, the return package must also include the original purchase invoice.
Seller will not refund return packages received by CASARANDA that are not shipped in accordance with the above procedures. The customer assumes all risks associated with the return of the products.

Error in the delivery of the product(s)
If, for any reason, the customer receives in error a product that does not correspond to the order, the customer must contact CASARANDA at customercare@CASARANDA.com as soon as possible and, in any event, within fourteen (14) days following its receipt. the order.
CASARANDA will then confirm the non-delivery with the order and inform the customer of the return procedure, which will be the responsibility of CASARANDA.
IMPORTANT: For returns/exchanges from countries outside the EU, the customer must clearly indicate in the customs guide that the shipments contain non-commercial goods with no resale value to avoid double customs.
10. PRICE
The prices corresponding to the customer’s order are those indicated on the website at the time of validation of the order by the customer. Any type of promotions and discounts, if any, are applied to the customer’s order, but only in case the customer meets the eligibility criteria and correctly enters the promotional codes.
All the prices of the products indicated on the website are expressed in Euros (€).
The prices indicated do not include shipping costs or possible import duties that cannot be reasonably calculated in advance.
Shipping costs vary depending on where the products are shipped to. They are automatically calculated and added to the order summary, prior to payment by the customer.

11. PRIVACY
At CASARANDA, we take online privacy very seriously.
There is a minimum amount of personal data collected by CASARANDA from the customer when placing an order on the website that must be provided. In the absence of this information, CASARANDA will not be able to process the customer’s order.

12. FORTUITOUS CASE AND FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of an event of force majeure, CASARANDA is not responsible for the total or partial breach of these terms and conditions of sale. Force majeure events are situations such as (but not limited to) problems with customs authorities, strikes, bankruptcy of third parties trusted by the seller, non-delivery or late delivery of goods by external suppliers of CASARANDA, or the imposition of trade restrictions or new regulations.
13. GUARANTEE
All Products sold on the www.CASARANDA.com website benefit from the legal guarantee in accordance with EU law. The customer must present the invoice issued by CASARANDA to make these guarantees. In the event of a defect, the customer must inform CASARANDA as soon as possible, but in any case within fifteen (15) days following the detection of the defect.
The legal guarantee does not apply to failures and defects that occur as a result of incorrect or improper use, non-compliance with the instructions for use, accidents, negligence or in case of modifications or adaptations of the products or any other incorrect use by the client’s. .
14. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
These terms and conditions of sale are governed by Spanish law, regardless of the country of delivery. However, the parties should try to resolve any type of disagreement before taking legal action.
If an agreement cannot be reached, any dispute related to the interpretation and/or execution of these terms and conditions of sale will be submitted to the competent courts determined in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 1215/2015 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of December 12, 2012 on jurisdiction, recognition and enforcement of judicial decisions in civil and commercial matters.

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions («T&C») govern the payment processing services provided by CASARANDA («we», «us», «our») through the Stripe payment gateway («Stripe») for the purchase of products or services from our website.
2. Band Payment Processing
2.1. We have partnered with Stripe, a third-party payment processing service, to facilitate payment transactions. 3. Currency and Taxes
3.1. All transactions will be processed in the currency displayed on our website at the time of purchase. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or financial institution.
3.2. The prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes, unless otherwise explicitly stated. You are responsible for paying any additional taxes or fees that may be imposed by your country of residence or the country to which the products are shipped.
4. Refunds and Returns
